Glucosamine

Glucosamine is an amino sugar that is naturally produced in the human body and is a major component of joint tissues such as cartilage and synovial fluid.
As we age, the body produces less and less glucosamine. Joint Support aims to make up for this natural decline to support healthy joints.
Key benefit: Glucosamine has been shown to help rebuild and preserve the shock-absorbing cartilage in joints that wears down over time, especially in the knees, hands and hips. This can help improve mobility and decrease joint pain.
How it works: Oral glucosamine sulfate gets incorporated into cartilage, boosting production of glycosaminoglycans that form the structure of this connective tissue and synovial fluid which lubricates joints.
